1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the AuditnQ software service (“Service”) provided by Rendering Consulting Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”).

By creating an account, completing checkout, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

AuditnQ is a vendor / third-party risk and audit workflow application. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan and entitlements.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for account credentials, authorized users, and activity under your tenant. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

4. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the plan you select. Taxes may apply. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, infringe others’ rights, or upload unlawful content.

6. Data

You retain ownership of customer data you submit. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. Liability caps and disclaimer language must be finalized by counsel before production use.

8. Termination

You may cancel per the Refund & Cancellation policy. We may suspend or terminate for breach or non-payment.
